- A Lifetime of Entrepreneurship and Innovation
- Iannotte’s entrepreneurial path began early. By eight, he was running neighborhood businesses, and by ten, he was managing a team of friends to shovel driveways, demonstrating a natural talent for leadership. That same drive would later propel him into cannabis cultivation, sales, and product development.
- His early exposure to cannabis led him to master everything from propagation to eco-friendly cultivation techniques. He later honed his skills in large-scale cannabis production, working under the guidance of industry veterans while also developing his own unique strains.
- Iannotte’s ability to blend passion with business took him across multiple industries. From traveling with the Grateful Dead selling his custom hand-blown glass to launching a successful store, he learned how to connect with people and create products that truly resonated with consumers.

His last venture, Mountain Smokes, a hemp-based cigarette alternative, plants a tree for every carton sold—demonstrating his commitment to sustainability. Under his leadership, the brand became part of Hempshire Group, a publicly traded company ensuring transparency and quality across the entire hemp supply chain.
